The LPN is responsible for participating in the direct care of residents as well as supervising all non-professional personnel in the Nursing Department. They are to act in the capacity of a supervisor when the Executive Director (ED) and Director of Nursing (DON) are not present in the facility. They administer, stock, and dispose of medications in accordance with facility policies and procedures. The Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN ensures that the CNA/RA are properly administering services and that there is adequate CNA/RA coverage on each shift.

12 – HOUR SHIFTS
6:00am-6:00pm
Benefits:
Must have an active Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
